83mm Pressure Sensitive Liner

83mm Pressure-Sensitive Seal designed for 85mm neck HDPE jars in 250g, 500g and 750g sizes. Creates a secure seal through pressure applied by the closure, with no heat-sealing equipment required.

Description

The 83mm Pressure-Sensitive Seal is designed to create a secure seal across the opening of compatible containers. The seal is placed inside the closure, and when the cap is tightened onto the container, pressure activates the sealing layer against the rim of the jar.

After sufficient contact time, the seal adheres to the rim of the container. When the cap is removed, the seal remains in place over the jar opening.

Unlike induction seals, no heat or specialised sealing equipment is required, making pressure-sensitive seals a simple and convenient option for compatible packaging.

This 83mm Pressure-Sensitive Seal is suitable for use with our 85mm neck HDPE Jars in 250g, 500g and 750g sizes.

How to use: Insert the seal into the cap with the text side facing the inside of the cap and the plain white side facing the container. Securely tighten the cap onto the container. Once the seal has adhered and the cap is removed, the text side should be visible on the sealed container.
