Shipping Costs

Our costs vary according to the actual and volumetric weight of your order as well as your geographical location in relation to our offices.

- Local/Main Center Shipping Costs: R90.00 - R190.00

- Regional Shipping Costs (The rest of South Africa): R100.00 - R300.00

- Shipping is Free for orders in local areas and main centres exceeding R750.00

- Shipments exceeding 25 kg/volumetric weight will be charged at a system generated rate according to the kg/volumetric weight.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Bob Go Smart Shipping makes use of various courier companies, such as The Courier Guy and Courier IT, and in special circumstances, we will independently make use of Fastway. We aim to choose the best service so that your parcel gets delivered timeously.

Shipping in South Africa can take 2-4 days for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not accept P.O Boxes as a shipping address. Currently, we do not have any restrictions in delivering to certain countries.

Missing or Lost Packages

We have no control over missing or lost packages. However, we can assist in resolving shipping issues in consultation with the shipping company. If you experience a missing package, please contact us via email: sales@brightpack.co.za
