Caution 

Use Correct Bottle Sizes: Ensure the machine is adjusted for the appropriate bottle size to avoid misalignment or damage to the labels or bottles.

Turn Off Power Before Maintenance: Always switch off and unplug the machine before performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.

Keep the Work Area Clean: Ensure the area around the machine is clear of obstructions to prevent accidents and maintain smooth operation.

Repairs, Returns & Servicing 

Returns & Refunds
Machines cannot be returned or refunded once used. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all parts.

Inspection Process
Machines with faults can be sent in for inspection. Please allow 3–5 working days for assessment.

Service Fee & Warranty
A service fee applies to all inspections and repairs. This fee is refundable if a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the 6-month warranty period.
It is non-refundable if the machine is excessively dirty, contains product residue, or shows signs of misuse or damage.

Repairs
All repairs must be booked in. Repairs are charged at R450/hour (excl. VAT), with spare parts quoted separately for approval.
