Cleaning, Repairs & Warranty
Returns & Refunds
Machines cannot be returned or refunded once used. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all parts.
Inspection Process
Machines with faults can be sent in for inspection. Please allow 3–5 working days for assessment.
Service Fee & Warranty
A service fee applies to all inspections and repairs. This fee is refundable if a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the 6-month warranty period.
It is non-refundable if the machine is excessively dirty, contains product residue, or shows signs of misuse or damage.
Repairs
All repairs must be booked in. Repairs are charged at R450/hour (excl. VAT), with spare parts quoted separately for approval.
Caution
Ensure the hopper is securely fitted to the paste filling machine before operation to prevent leaks or instability
Do not exceed the 50L capacity to avoid spillage or strain on equipment
Avoid using abrasive tools or harsh chemicals that may damage the stainless steel surface
Always disconnect or power down equipment before installing, removing, or cleaning the hopper
Handle with care when full, as the weight may increase significantly and pose lifting risks
Do not use with incompatible machines outside the specified 100–1000 semi-automatic range
Regularly inspect for damage, loose fittings, or residue build-up to maintain safe operation and product quality
Keep away from corrosive substances that may degrade stainless steel over time.
