Acceleration:  Very Fast – noticeable thickening starts within ±10 seconds in a 100 g test batch.

Ricing:  None observed

Separation:  None observed

Gel phase:  None observed.

Discolouration: None observed.

Suitable for:  Due to its very fast acceleration, this fragrance oil is best for:

  • Single-colour soaps with minimal mixing after fragrance is added.
  • Textured tops or rustic finishes where thick trace is desirable.
  • Layered bars where each layer is poured quickly and left to set before adding the next.
  • Hot Process soap, where acceleration is not an issue.

For best results:

  • Prepare all colourants, moulds, and tools before beginning.
  • Soap at cooler temperatures (room temperature or slightly below).
  • Use slow-moving oils (high in olive, rice bran, lard/tallow) to increase working time.
  • Blend oils and lye to just emulsification before adding fragrance.
  • Stir fragrance in by hand rather than stick blending.
  • Work in small batches to reduce the time needed for pouring.

Additional note: Not recommended for intricate swirls or multi-pour designs in cold process due to extremely short working time.
